Being at university I am now able to look down upon the new players of Skins because young, A-level bound adolescents who are living in a fantastical surrounding somewhere just just outside of Bristol. To parents this will likely seem a very distant culture from what they had at school (strict tutors! detention! the walking cane! ), but The Inbetweeners is a kind of shows that illustrates precisely what higher education provides come too.
